All orders are shipped with in 1-2 days from Grand Junction, Colorado. 4PM MST, Monday thru Friday, is the cut-off time for shipping each day. All orders after 4PM MST will be shipped the following business day. Light Gives Heat’s policy is that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange that item for another dependent on availability. We also require that $5 (cash, check, money order) be sent in with your exchange in a return envelope to cover shipping (unless you received a defective product) in which case LGH will pay general shipping. For apparel, you may exchange for another size or color, however this is also dependent on availability. All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days and we ask that you kindly return the product to be exchanged or returned. We do not accept returns that have been washed. Shipping is non-refundable.
