Last night, Teresa and Mary Kate, two of our US staff, packed up Eva, the LGH mannequin, Suubi & Epoh products and both attended and hosted an LGH booth at a fundraiser for a local elementary school. The event was held at a local winery and was set to raise funds for the school's parent-initiated garden that allows for healthier school lunches for their kids. Guest Speaker, Ann Cooper spoke via Skype and DVD on the need for healthier lunches in schools. The speech was very interesting to us as we too are working towards providing healthier meals for our Epoh Tailors. As mentioned yesterday, this project is open for funding on the Glue Network.
